Internal speaker and plug in heat set work OK. Have two CH1008B systems and both head sets work on one, but not the other. Instruction manual has absolutely NO information on how to set head sets up. It's all trial and error. Seems like IR output not working on one unit.

Hi,

When you use the IR wireless headphone,the DVD player must turn off the FM function.Otherwise, IR function is not working properly. If you use two players and two headphones at the same time, you need to set one of the players and headphone to channel A and the other to channel B.It is glad to help you.

And the explanation is still that signal strength changes. I have cameras that show 1 bar sometimes and 5 bars sometimes, on both the status report and the camera.

and you were correct.... signal strength AND signal quality... Channel 64, 25 strength, 1 quality. I wonder how high I would have to move my antenna to get it.
