Hi



I have just received my NAVISKAUTO Updated 1080P 10.1" Car DVD Player Headrest Wide View Screen with USB HDMI Multimedia Monitor Support Fire TV Plus Wireless Headphones (CH1003S).



I am unable to get the IR Headphones to work with the DVD player and the remote control that I received with the DVD player has no button on it to enable or disable IR TX. I have tried both A & B channels on the Headphones (A goes Red and B goes green) but the sound still plays through the DVD and not the headphones for either channel. :(



How do I get the headphones to work please?

I'm sorry for replying  you this late.To get the IR Headphone to work with the DVD player,you should turn on the IR funtion on DVD player,and turn on A or B channel on the Headphone.

First,use the remote control,press the “TFT MENU”continuously.

Then you will see the IR Mode .

Press right/left to select A or B channel,after your setup,the IR lamp goes red.

After that,you should turn on A or B channel on the Headphone as the same as your setup on DVD player.then you can enjoy your music on Headphone
