Thanks for the quick supply.

I didn't decide which model I should buy right now.

In the meantime, I read something about the different HDMI-Standards.

What I understand is, the HDMI-Cable, respectively the HDMI-Socket is the same, but the hardware/software behind is different?

Is that right?

I found the standard 1.1 is able to "show" Blu-ray Disc und HD DVD? I suppose it's comparable (or the same) as HDTV?

Background:

Currently our televison at home is connected via HDMI to an external Sat-Receiver and we are able to receive and view HDTV.

(I don't now the HDMI-Standard, but the televison is not the latest model. Not anymore HDMI 1.1 but definetively not HDMI 1.4b, 2.0 or 2.0a, etc.)

I want to be sure that ther same is possible with a device from Naviskauto.

That means it will work?

Currently our TV is connected via HDMI 1.2 or 1.4 or something like that to an external Sat-Receiver.

We can watch HDTV.

The same is possible with a device from you with HDMI 1.1 standard?

Hi

Because the HDMI-Socket of the NAVISKAUTO is 1.1,for the sake of compatibility,it may not display pictures after connect the high version HDMI-Socket or cable.
