I purchased a TFT 10.1 inch dual dvd player on Dec. 6, 2016 as a gift, and the slave monitor has quit working. Any suggestions?

Do you mean the Slave Monitor won't power on or it just display blue screen.

First situation,the Slave Monitor won't power on.You can plug the adapter to the DC-IN on the Slave Monitor to check whether it will power on,if it can power on,it maybe the DC cable has broken,you can contact our Customer Services to send you a DC cable.

Second situation,"NO SYNC",it maybe has problem on AV cable,you may check if the AV plug insert in the end, or try to exchange the direction of the AV cable.
