Hello, I own the c0255 and my GPS signal is to weak to use navigation. When I go into GPS settings it only shows one bar, I attached a picture so you know what I mean.

I have already tried different GPS-mouse positions such as glove compartment, right on the dashboard below the windshield, both corners of the windshield and even outside of the car as a test but the signal does not get any better.

Hi

Please check whether the antenna get 3.3V power.Here is the picture you can refer.

And if the voltage is normal,please contact our customer service to send you a new antenna.

Hello,

the Voltage shown is 0.0v. Is there anything i can do to fix this or is it broken? I bought it in august 2016 so it still has waranty.
