Hi, I haven't been able to turn on the IR function on the DVD. My remote does not have a IR/TX button and if I press the TFT MENU Button it activates de Menu for Contrast, brightness and so. Please Help.

Hi

Please press the TFT MENU button eight times,it will come to the IR Mode settings,then press left/right to select A or B channel,Please refer to the operation demo.

Thank you but it does not work. My Dvd has a different menu and it has the option of IR but I can't get it to work in any of the two headrest dvd.

Hi

Do you have this IR menu ,while you turn on the IR function to A or B channel,the IR lamp will turn red in the lower right corner of player,if the IR won'T turn on,there maybe some problems on mainboard.

And,did you check the IR earphone,if the battery went dead,while you switch to the A channel on the player,you have to select A on earphone,Please refer to the operation demo.
